  January, we gather at PARISI sotto, an intimate and atmospheric dining spa
 ce tucked beneath Parisi’s beloved Highlands location. This hidden gem capt
 ures the soul of Italian hospitality, blending Old World tradition with tho
 ughtfully crafted seasonal dishes inspired by Italy’s diverse regions.</p><
 p>This evening will be served family style, encouraging shared plates, conv
 ersation, and connection — just as meals are meant to be enjoyed in Italy. 
 PARISI sotto has designed a special menu exclusively for our group, showcas
 ing classic flavors, house-made pastas, and wood-fire grilled specialties p
